Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service.
A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.
In order that Heavenly Hands Spa may provide all clients with the very best of service, please respect these policies while in the spa:
- Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
- Please turn all cell phones off.
- Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen property.
Give the gift of health and beauty. GC's are a memorable expression of caring for an occasion. Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and may used toward products and services. Gift Certificates are transferable, but not refundable. Expired GC's will not be honored since there is a 1 year expiration date on all GC's.
We at Heavenly Hands Day Spa respect your valuable time by doing our very best to make sure that all of your services begin on schedule. In order to do this, each service is booked in advance with a specific technician. We do not double-book. While we understand that unexpected things do happen, our hard-working technicians are paid on a commission basis, and so we ask that you respect their time as much as we respect yours, and take appropriate responsibility for the appointments you make.
If you must cancel, please phone the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for individual service reservations, and at least 48 hours prior to multiple-service or multiple-person reservations. Our Front Desk Administrators will be happy to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment for you if you call during business hours, or you may leave a message on our spa message center after hours. If you wait until the day of your appointment to phone the spa to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of your booked services. If you do not phone to cancel and you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the cost of your booked services. At the time you make your appointment with us, we will ask for a credit card or applicable gift card number to secure your appointment. One of these numbers will be used in the event that a late cancellation or no-show charge is warranted.
