Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service.

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes of all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service. No Shows will be charged full service price. This policy also applies to gift certificate holders.

Confirmation Policy

A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.

Etiquette

In order that Heavenly Hands Spa may provide all clients with the very best of service, please respect these policies while in the spa:

• Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
• Please turn all cell phones and pagers off.
• Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen property.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of health and beauty. GC's are a memorable expression of caring for an occasion. Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and may used toward products and services. Gift Certificates are transferable, but not refundable. Expired GC's will not be honored since there is a 1 year expiration date on all GC's.
