Shift Hours Needed: 1:00am-7:00pm Tuesday-Friday
(Must be available for all hours)
-Demonstrate and model client service and leadership standards.
-Handle client complaints efficiently and effectively.
-Greet and bid farewell to guests ensuring a strong, positive first and last impression
-Monitor appointment schedule at all times to ensure efficiency
-Must be able quickly learn or have knowledge of Spa computer software
-Assist with laundry and other cleaning tasks a must!
-Clean and stock retail area to ensure merchandising integrity
-Take initiative and appropriate action to resolve customer complaints
- Professional image and attitude
-Highly organized, efficient, self-motivated, enthusiastic ,DEPENDABLE with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
-Up sell add-ons and a la carte services to those receiving basic services
-Maintain knowledge of retail products and spa service offerings
-Sell gift cards
-Reach Quarterly Goals
*Office/ Spa Experience is a plus
