Classes Descriptions
Level 1 Hatha Yoga
This class is for those who have some yoga experience.
Level 2 Hatha Yoga
This class is for those who have practice yoga regularly and would like deepen their practice. This class does include some inversions.
Yoga Core~ 45 minutes
Target those trouble spots and strengthen your abs, low back, outer hips and inner thighs with this high energy class! Led by an ACE certified trainer, a cardio warm up will lead to a variety of lunges, squats and floor exercises that will keep you motivated and challenged. Men, women, beginners and experts are all welcome.
Yoga Butt 45 min
Yoga butt focuses on developing muscular strength and endurance throughout the body focusing on the core muscles, including those trouble areas. This intense fitness workout includes traditional yoga postures, active sequences and use of a Core Ball. what shape is your Yoga Butt in?
Kids Creative Movement (ages 6 – 10) 40mins. 4 weeks
We will explore yoga and motor movement that help balance emotions and energy level to bring balance to the body. This class includes warm up and centering. This class is a fun way to work out some wiggles and help with focus and concentration.Great for moms who need a sitter for spa service.

Inclusive Yoga – 60 min
This active class increases awareness within your body. It includes a combination strength and flexibility. This class includes warm up and centering, rigorous poses, and relaxation.
Intro to Yoga – 60 min (6 week session)
This class is for anyone who is new to yoga, returning to yoga after a break, or new to the Samatva Yoga Style. Athe series is 2 classes per week for 6 weeks.
Belly Dance -60 min
12 week course that focuses on a fusion of belly dance style exercise, with a fusion of yogarobics. There will be introductions to bellydance basics and 2 classes oon world fusion dance in Indian & Chinese stylings. Benefits are improved cardio, muscle memory, as well as toning. There is a strong emphasis on building confidence, appreciation and respect for your body.
Cardio-Boxing 60min
The usual workout consist of the age adjusted heart rate work starting with 20 minutes for beginners and leading up to 40 minutes for more advanced. For the second part of the workout, you will perform and practice 20-30 minutes of actual boxing, techiques. This workout includes isometric exercise & static strength training for upper and lower body; punching with target mitts; core exercises.
Cardio Kick- 45min
A great cardio class with basic kickboxing moves set to music, This is an all level class that improves strength, balance and coordination while toning both upper and lower body muscles-all while having fun. bring your friends and join us!
Rock Star Arms - 45 min
This class is dedicated to creating an upper body of a Rock Star! Led by an ACE certified trainer, Rock Star Arms is a interval-style class using stability balls, hand wights, rubber tubing and more. Get rid of the Second wave and look forward to tank tops this summer.
