This active yoga class increases awareness within your body. It includes a combination of strength and flexibility. This class includes both hatha and vinyasa yoga inspired routines and welcomes all fitness levels.
Kids Creative Movement – 40 min Instructor: Angie
In each class
we explore fun motor movement. Class includes warm up and centering. Yoga postures are used to help balance emotions and energy levels as well as gain more focus and concentration. 4 week session $40
Intro to Samatva Yoga – 60 min Instructor: Angie
Build strength and flexibility in the body while learning to find release in the muscles. Samatva Yoga is for those who are new to yoga. Each class is accompanied with handouts on the routine practiced that class.

Gentle yoga poses modified with a chair as a support. Learn to create ease of movement using the breath.
